Your Role & Responsibilities:
 

• Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the hiring process. Advise on employer branding, monitor time-to-hire, and provide labor market insights.
• Performance & Talent Management: Implement performance reviews and talent assessments, support succession planning, and ensure consistency in evaluations. Coach employees on career development and partner with the TSS Academy to deliver training programs.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Optimize the onboarding process to ensure new hires understand our culture and values. Manage the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and leverage feedback to improve retention.
• Employee Relations & Labor Law: Provide advice on complex HR matters, including absenteeism, underperformance, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, including contracts, health and safety, and compensation.
• HR Reporting & Insights: Track and analyze HR metrics such as churn and absenteeism, providing actionable insights to the MD and MT for data-driven decision-making.

 
Who you are:
 

• You possess a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have at least 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, and you have spent a minimum of 2-3 years in a strategic HR or business partner role.
• Having knowledge of Cyprus, Greek, or UAE labor laws is a plus, while experience in the IT sector is also advantageous.
• An excellent communicator with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Expert conversationalist in both the Greek and English languages.

Minimum Technical Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design test cases and detailed test scripts based on the provided KT sessions and documentation.
•  Create and execute test plans and manage test cases execution on front-end and back-end levels and defects creation in tandem with team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the delivery of high quality CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
• Determine the needs of each project and the required business and technical resources to implement CRM systems based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
