As part of our HR transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Consultant to drive operational excellence, workforce development, and employee engagement across our business units.
Your Role:
As HR Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to our Managing Director (MD) and Management Team (MT), aligning local HR initiatives with TSS’s overarching goals. Reporting directly to the Group Head of HR at TSS, you will own and lead key HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, talent management, compliance, employee relations, and HR reporting in a multi-location environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and job posting through to onboarding.
- Co-manage job interviews, support hiring decisions, and provide insights on terms of employment and labor market trends.
- Develop and promote employer branding across regions.
- Monitor time-to-hire metrics and proactively drive improvement.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including talent reviews, People Performance Management (PPM) sessions, and succession planning in collaboration with the MT.
- Performance & Talent Management:
- Own the implementation and optimization of performance evaluations through TSS’s PPM framework.
- Drive consistency and fairness in performance evaluations through calibration and coaching sessions.
- Support employees with career development planning.
- Collaborate with the TSS Academy to identify and implement learning and development initiatives.
- Build future leader networks and advise the MT on internal mobility and succession strategies.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Full ownership of onboarding by integrating local and TSS -level programs to ensure a consistent, engaging new hire experience.
- Ensure new hires understand our culture, values, and structure within their first 30 days.
- Lead the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and sharing feedback with stakeholders to improve retention and engagement.
- Employee Relations & Labor Law:
- Serve as the go-to expert on HR-related matters including employee relations, absenteeism, underperformance and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws (Cyprus, Greece, UAE), including employment contracts, health and safety, and compensation.
- Regularly review and adapt policies to align with legislation and TSS cultural values.
- HR Reporting & Insights:
- Contribute to TSS HR reporting (e.g., churn, illness).
- Track and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to the MD and MT.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of data in all internal reports and systems.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, and you have spent a minimum of 2-3 years in a strategic HR capacity
- Strong knowledge of local employment law (Cyprus required, Greek and UAE labor laws is a plus, while experience in the IT sector is also advantageous.
- An excellent communicator with strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach.
- Proactive, self-driven, solution-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Expert conversationalist in both the Greek and English languages.
