Dot.Cy was glad to attend as a Microsoft Gold Certified CRM Partner, the yearly organized “Microsoft Dynamics Summit”, which was held on Tuesday March 22
nd 2016 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Palm Jumeirah, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Additionally, Dot.Cy’s General Manager – Gulf Region Mr. Panayiotis Panayiotou gave a market much needed presentation titled “The Customer Journey to a Successful CRM Project”, tackling obstacles generally encountered before, during or after a CRM project, and how to handle them.
