Dot.Cy implements Dynamics CRM at Proton SA

Dot.Cy's consulting team delivered a large-scale Dynamics CRM implementation for Proton SA, one of the largest suppliers of medical equipment and security systems in Greece. Proton SA represents brands such as Olympus, Toshiba, Sectra and others. Proton's customers include more than 90% of public hospitals of the country as well as a large number of private centres and doctors. Proton's security systems have been used with great success during the Athens Olympics in 2004.

Dynamics CRM implementation at Proton covers the needs of Sales Force and Service Automation. The xRM capabilities of the Dynamics platform have been used extensively to cover areas which do not fall under the traditional CRM categories such as the management of Quality Certificates, Projects, Letter of Bank Guarantees and others.

The CRM implementation was part of a large scale upgrade of systems at Proton which included the implementation of Exchange Server 2007 (which replaced a competitive product) and Windows 7. Exchange Server and Windows 7 implementations were delivered by Networx Ltd
